| Physical Description | Standing erect, upright, and as straight as humanly possible, she is six inches past the five foot mark, and she makes use of every inch of it to stand as tall as she can in a room of men. Eleanor Lillian Redpath is an Officer in the United Federation of Planets' Starfleet Marine Corps, and though she may not get her nails done or wear beautiful gowns and dresses when on duty, she makes due with what she has to work with. Somewhat average in height and slim, she is athletic and muscular. Her hair is a dark ravenous black in color and her eyes a dark piercing brown. Her uniforms are all crisp, wrinkle free, and as perfect and presentable as could be. She looks as though she is always ready for an inspection. She has native american tattoo markings on the side of her face, wears some earrings and necklaces of her ancestors, and keeps her hair long. Though all of these rather unbefitting of a traditional Starfleet Marine, Redpath is anything but a traditional marine. Her appearance meets the approval she has received in order to honor her ancestors and her cultures customs. Eleanor L. Redpath will wear makeup yet does so in a minimalist manner. It would be in the best interest for others to see her no differently and to treat her no differently than any other marine, sex/gender regardless. |

| Strengths & Weaknesses | Strengths: ▪ Federations Laws & Starfleet Rules and Regulations - Having gone to Law School, earning her Juris Doctor (JD), and serving in the Starfleet Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate, Redpath knows her way around the Federation legal system as well as the ins and outs of rules and regulations. She is practically a walking encyclopedia when it comes to what is or is not legally allowed. This makes her an exceptional asset for a Commanding Officer. ▪ Diplomacy - Though not quite following in the footsteps of either of her parents, the apple has not fallen from the tree on either side. Her father, a tribal Chieftan and her mother a Federation Ambassador, Redpath has learned the gentlality of Diplomacy. Though her approaches may be a bit sterner or more heavy handed than that of either of her parents, she has proven herself a reasonable diplomat. ▪ Certified Marksmanship - Trained on everything from a Federation Type I "Cricket" hand phaser all the way up to the TR-116, TR-116A, and TR-116B. She has been certified a marksman on several of these weapons. Weaknesses: ▪ Engineering and Starship Operations - Though she does have the basic and general knowledge of how each station works, plus having command experience in order to man a station during 'crunch time,' she does not have any sort of expertise in technology. ▪ Science - The "Sciences" are not something she really learned while on Amerind with her father. She was raised by a society that did not make use of modern technology nor acknowledged the world of science. What Eleanor did acquire from her father's people is an understanding of herbalism and botany. Her education with Starfleet and her time as a student at the Academy did bring her up to a basic understanding of modern Federation Science, but she is not very useful at a science station. |
